Text Messaging Terms and Conditions

These Text Messaging Terms and Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern your participation in the text messaging programs operated by Best Wash Holdings LLC (“Best Wash,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to one of our text messaging programs, you agree to these SMS Terms. These SMS Terms are in addition to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your information.

We operate two separate text messaging programs, described below. Each program has its own opt-in, and opting in to one does not opt you in to the other.


1. Best Wash Customer Support

Program name: Best Wash Customer Support
Program description: Transactional text messages sent in response to customer-initiated support requests, including lost and found follow-ups, refund status, disconnected-call follow-ups, maintenance ticket confirmations, and replies to questions customers have submitted to us.

How to opt in

You opt in to Best Wash Customer Support messages by:

  1. Calling our customer support line and providing your mobile number to the agent so we can follow up on your inquiry; or
  2. Submitting a web form on bestwashlaundromats.com (such as our Lost & Found, Maintenance Request, or Contact Us form) where you enter your mobile number in the phone number field and click Submit; or
  3. Replying to a text conversation you have initiated with Best Wash.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on how often you contact us. We only text you in response to your own support requests; we do not send unsolicited messages under this program.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Best Wash does not charge you for text messages. Any charges are from your mobile carrier under your mobile plan.

How to opt out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Best Wash Customer Support message. After you reply STOP, we will send you one final confirmation and will not send further messages under this program.

2. Best Wash Gold

Program name: Best Wash Gold
Program description: Promotional text messages about the Best Wash Gold loyalty program, including rewards, bonus point events, special offers, and announcements about new store openings.

How to opt in

Best Wash Gold SMS is separate from Best Wash Customer Support. Enrolling in Best Wash Gold does not, by itself, opt you in to promotional texts. You opt in to Best Wash Gold SMS by:

  1. Checking the “Text me Best Wash Gold offers” box at enrollment (in-store or online); and
  2. Replying YES to the confirmation text we send to verify your consent.

You will not receive Best Wash Gold promotional texts until both steps are complete. Consenting to promotional texts is never a condition of enrolling in Best Wash Gold, making a purchase, or using any Best Wash service.

Message frequency

Typically 2–8 messages per month. Frequency may vary based on promotions and seasonal offers.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Best Wash does not charge you for text messages. Any charges are from your mobile carrier under your mobile plan.

How to opt out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Best Wash Gold message. After you reply STOP, we will send you one final confirmation and will not send further Best Wash Gold promotional messages. Opting out of Best Wash Gold SMS does not cancel your Best Wash Gold membership, and it does not opt you out of Best Wash Customer Support messages.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and the account holder (or have the account holder’s permission) for the mobile phone number you provide. By opting in, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Supported Carriers

Best Wash text messaging is available on major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and most MVNOs. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Delivery Not Guaranteed

Message delivery is subject to the effective transmission from your mobile carrier and is outside our control. We are not responsible for messages that are delayed, lost, or undelivered.

6. Changes to the Program or These Terms

We may modify or cancel either text messaging program, or change these SMS Terms, at any time without notice. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify program participants by text or email. Your continued participation after changes become effective means you accept the updated SMS Terms.

7. Privacy

How we collect and use information from our text messaging programs is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text message content with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.
