  • With Service Providers we hire to run our Service. We share information with vendors who process data on our behalf to help us operate, such as our website host, SMS delivery provider (Twilio), email delivery provider, customer support tools, and payment processors. These vendors are contractually required to use your information only to perform services for us and to protect it.
  • To comply with the law. We may disclose your information when required by law, subpoena, or a valid request from a public authority, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
  • In a business transfer. If Best Wash is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your Personal Data becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
  • With Your consent. We may share your information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.

We do not share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text message content with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.

SMS / Mobile Messaging Program

Best Wash operates an SMS/text messaging program to respond to customer support requests — for example, lost and found follow-ups, refund status, disconnected-call follow-ups, maintenance confirmations, and replies to customer inquiries. Mobile phone numbers are collected when you call our customer support line and provide your number to the agent, when you submit a web form on bestwashlaundromats.com that includes a phone number field, or when you text us directly.

No mobile information (including phone numbers collected as part of our SMS program) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors who support our messaging services (for example, our SMS delivery provider Twilio) is permitted solely for the purpose of delivering messages you have consented to receive. All other “share with” categories in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out of SMS at any time, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. You may also contact admin@bestwashlaundromats.com with questions about our SMS program.

Best Wash Gold Loyalty Program

Best Wash Gold is our customer loyalty program. Enrollment is optional and separate from our general customer support messaging program. When you enroll in Best Wash Gold, you will be asked to separately opt in to:

  • Promotional SMS messages about rewards, special offers, bonus point events, and new store openings; and/or
  • Promotional email covering the same topics.

Each channel has its own opt-in checkbox at enrollment. You may enroll in Best Wash Gold without consenting to either channel, and you may opt in to email only, SMS only, both, or neither. Consenting to Best Wash Gold promotional messages is never a condition of making a purchase or using any Best Wash service.

Message frequency for Best Wash Gold SMS is typically 2–8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out of Best Wash Gold SMS, reply STOP to any Best Wash Gold message. To opt out of Best Wash Gold email, click the unsubscribe link in any email or update your preferences in your Best Wash Gold account.

Opting out of Best Wash Gold promotional messages does not opt you out of transactional customer support messages (see “SMS / Mobile Messaging Program” above), which are sent in response to your direct requests to us. Likewise, opting out of customer support messages does not affect your Best Wash Gold subscription.

As with all our messaging, we do not share Best Wash Gold phone numbers, email addresses, or opt-in data with any third party for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes.
